1 bunch Sugarsnax Carrots
2 heads ‘Little Gem’ Baby Romaine Lettuce
1 1/4 lb Tomatoes
1 bunch Sweet Basil
1 head Garlic
2 lbs New Potatoes (Red Norland)
1 bunch Broccoli (or 3/4 lb green beans – Fremont only)
1 pint Cherry Tomatoes
3-4 Zucchini
Hello, A quick note this week as I race back out to the tractor. The thunder and lighting storms from last week have me behind with my field work. Tomatoes in the boxes this week, a tease of the bounty to come. In reaction mode on the farm as we shift from one immediate priority to the next. Weeds in the melons, drastic pruning in the tomatoes, shade cloth for the propagation houses, is that early blight in the Beefsteak tomatoes arrggggggghhhhhhhhh! I like to think of myself as a proactive farmer, not this week. Enjoy,
